Yes no bad valve seal gives you 1l+ consumption alone sounds hard but your rings are smoked. Had the same Problem on a friends honda engine he also thought it where the seals I told them it's the rings and I was right in the end Wink

Yeah it is piston rings.... My rear bumper is filled with grease from the oil......

I'm not sure if i understood your post... LOL

But yeah basically i will rebuild my engine now....

I'm aiming at

TRD - engine bearings
ARP bolts all around
Supertech valve seals
OEM piston rings

And.... basically this is it...

Make sure you get the right valve seals from Supertech as they do 2 sizes. One for the OEM valve guides and slightly slimmer ones for their own guides to suit the dual spring setup they offer.

I think 5mm is for 20v and 6mm to 16v. Not sure.

ACL bearings plenty sizes to choose. Proven to be good to.
