can anyone maybe help me figure out how to mod this game? I want to drive the Trueno (obviously) but only speak english and spanish. HELP!

to mod san andreas, try this tool
http://www.thegtaplace.com/pafiledb.php?...le&id=1001 should be easy to use.. There is another much better tool but i forgot the name  it was made just like Kazaa, but you could only search for GTA Mods, Cars and Maps, and directly install them by double clicking from the huge list.If somebody remembers that tool, please post.
