Ultimate tuning!
great job mux.. i have a different problem, i eat alot (like 8 meals a day), but since i dont eat junk food, i cant gain any weight.. Tho i have gained 8 kilos, so im at a round 80 now (184cms). i know its different from person to person, but still, if you dont eat crap and move around norlmally, my guess is you can eat as much as you feel hungry..
moreso important is the induction of micro-foods (all the additives in modern foods, like the E-s etc.) Many things are deadly but since they are i n such small quantities, we dont feel any ill effects right away. But dont be fooled, those things are cumulative, meaning they are slowly distrooying your body. Should be avoided as much as possible. The other problem with modern foods is that they cause acitose of the organism. All those suggars and "white" carbohydrates feed the bad kind of bacteria in our organisms, causing them to take over the charge from the good bacteries (that disolve food and take precious minerals, and other stuff from the food).. those bad bacteries, if spread too much, emmit toxins that destroy our organism on every level imaginable. So cancel all of the white stuff from your menues. Thats the biggest favour you can do yourself. And add good bacteria from fermented milk products like yoghurt, fresh white cheese etc.. man, talk about one thing lead to another.. just kept writing |
