I believe it to be a very special kind of "wax". It behaves
opposite to normal liquids. When it is cold it is thin, and becomes thick when hot... allowing the fan to run free when the engine is cold, but producing drag and causing the fan to spin when the engine is hot. I doubt if it can be obtained as a service part Cheers... jondee86 |
