for common request we start with the trueno bumper asap.
trueno hood is already in progress will be really nice you can bet QUESTION FOR ALL: im planning to make our trueno bumpers using honda prelude indicators and parking lights. much more common and it looks like i can get aftermarket items for reasonable price to give them along with the bumpers. it looks just like the original, probably nobody would spot the difference at first sight. and to make more 86 like... the bumper would mask out some area of the parking light to narrow it a little. what do you think? |

They look different and are less high. However if you could mask/fill the bumper a bit it would not be noticeable to most people... Price difference is huge since these indicators go for about $200 on ebay.
Do keep in mind people will always comment on it is not being the original. 1983 - AE86 Sprinter Trueno - import project 2013 - Honda Civic sport - daily driver 2004 - AEU86 dot ORG - daily domain Support our forum, buy from the AEU86 shop: |

Looks awesome, go for it dude. If it means not paying 200euros for a stupid little plastic part, just because its out of production, who could object?
90% of the style (imho looks better) for 25% of the cash. A wheel to steer the front of the car A pedal to steer the rear |

I love the way you have made everything fit. Looks factory. Very clean. Everything is done 'properly'.
