Xenon/ HID lights for a Levin??

I need better lighting. How do I do this? Just buy them 100-150euro H4 kits, plug in and done?

Any good/affordable kits around?

almost. You get new wiring in the kit you'll buy. You need to connect them to your accu and find a nice place for the 2 x ballast. Installation is pretty simple, but if you buy a kit you need a Bi-Xenon kit cause else you wont have a high beam. Not allowed at APK

Good question... My cousin bought a cheapass set and after 1 year a ballast died. Then he bought a second cheapass set and now he has 2 spare lights and one spare ballast still for a cheaper price than those expensive kits are, so think about it!

If u want a good kit for a good price buy Pilot xenon kits they r very good very easy to fit and u can take the regular xenon the high beam will be halogen instead off xenon but the lowbeam is xenon.
colors are : 4300 K = Halogen very white with a slight yellow tint
6000 K = very white with a light bleu tint
8000 K = More bleu then white
1000 K = very bleu light
12000 K = purple bleu light

And MAX 8000K because else you will get problems with the dutch APK (MOT)

I got 6000k McCullough HIDs on my 86 and they are the best, i love them!!! I got the replacement light housings and the hid kit on ebay for about 300 and have had no problems whatsoever. (knock on wood) a cheap kit would work just as good though
