Here in Holland we had the GTi and the GTSi, in which the GTi was indeed the 4AG powered, but I don't know what engine was in the GTSi.

It was the AE92 coupe not the hatchback. The hatchback here was the Gti, the 2dr coupe was the GTS. That time these weren't available in Hungary as a new car... All of the pre '90-91 cars were imported much later. The beginning of the nineties was the golden age for the car importers for Hungary...No OEM dealerships, no main dealers, nothing. So we never knows, the particular trim level was italian, swiss, german, austrian, etc... Our fellow countrymen went to either Belgium and Netherlands when our customs was ease up and teh so called "world passports" were released to everybody. That time I went to Munich for a '78 Suzuki GS400, with hitchhike.

We also have a few AE92 coupes here as well. But somehow their owners want to get rid of them quite fast after they bought them

In the corolla tho, it was only AE82,AE86 and AE92 is that right?

In Japan some ae101 and ae111 were equiped with 4age (blacktop and silvertop) but here in Europe only the 4afe was delivered.
