how to do waterlines on the 20v?
I've been looking at how other people do it but i cannot find the pictures/info i want.
who swapped a 20v into the 86 and how did you do your waterlines for radiator and heater? I'd like pictures of different setups, or maybe some usefull links were i can have a look for some extra info. |

That is a nice piece of kit!
Anyone fitted that to its 86? 366 euro's is quite a bit of money but it will save me a lot of trouble building stuff myself. |

There is a guy on club 4ag that put a 16V TRD 0.8mm head gasket on his 20V and they said, with tis technique the water go in the good direction...

how to do waterlines on the 20v?
so, this is what i have for the back of my engine.
it makes sure the water will circulate through the head. the black waterhose on the left of the head can be blocked as far as i can see. if i use the 16v water pump assy this is what i have: in can use the hole in the head for water to radiator, the outlet on the waterpump for return. there is a connection for 1 hose to the heater, the small pipe on top of the waterpump can be bend so i can use it for the other water to heater pipe. Good idea or not? |
