just recived an invitation to compete in this event held in Arnhem i eastern holland on december the 11 2004.

I´ll be asking for atleast 10-12 free tickets/paddock passes for all you AE86 Euro guys that want to come.

I´ll expecting you all to help out with my car if there the need for it - right guys (joke)

Here´s the deal guys...

The organizer of the Driftevent phoned me personally this afternoon.

His name was Olaf ******

He really wants me to come to attend the twindrift challenge -
but
he could NOT pay me anything at all for doing this.

I still am thinking of getting myself there without hotellroom.

driving there on friday night - getting there saturday morning -
setting everything up during the day - competing in the driftchallenge
in the evening & then loading the trailer & getting home directly.


only problem is that the trip would cost me a minumum of 500 E...

any tips on Dutch sponsors that might be willing to pitch in 100-500 E
& getting advertisment on my car during the show ?

It will be possible to buy the GetaWay In Stockholm 5 / 4 / 3 / 2 / 1 DVD films at the show - from my friend Jakob, He´s bringing them with him - 33E per DVD

I wasn't intend to come (automaxx meetings suck ) but if you come.....

little translation:

The meeting is gonna take place in the "Gelredome", it's a football stadium from the local football club.

Tickets will cost 19,50 EUR each (in pre-selling), @ entrance they will cost 25 EUR.

Programm:

17.00 - Deuren open // Doors open
19.00 - Eerste showblok // 1st Show
20.30 - Pauze // break
21.30 - Tweede showblok // 2nd show
23.00 - Einde show // end

Automaxx is building 2 S13 driftcars, that will perform Twindrifts in the show's. 16 Competitors will drift for their best to win the contest.

Also a jet-powered Quad is going to give a show there.

There are more shows planned, for instance: Lowriders, Stock-cars (i hope F1-stock cars, light tube-framed 'cars' with mighty V8 powerr )

Yupz, its an automaxx event, it has nothing to do with drifting, anything that goes fast in a straight line
