Yeah, 3,1 bar is the pressure my engine also runs now with the stock regulator. I have used an aftermarket one in the past and I saw 4 bar!

That pressure i have til the rev limiters come's.

You have to notice that pressure in the system is a different thing from the litres of fuel your pump can handle. A stock AE86 pump can send about 125 litres per hour, a stock 4AGZE one 190 l per h and the Impreza I have 240 litres per hour.

I think you must take a turbo Supra or Turbo II RX7 pump, because
they can fit easy in the tank.
And for the fuel lines the engine requires 8mm input and 6mm tank return.

These pumps will do the trick, a Walbro HiPressure 250 lph, also!

Butt pressure and amount come's together.
Iff the pressure is up to te rev limiter 3.1 bar, the pump can handle the needs of a stock 4agze.

Starlet p8 si turbo @ 1.0 bar grey 6,4 sec-> 100
Starlet P9 si turbo @ 1.2 bar black 5,8 sec-> 100
KTM 950 SE ->100 3,2 sec 105 Db Tongue
xt660r ->100 4,5 sec
BMW 1100 GS->100 4 sec

Ik have fit today a fuelregelator from a 4age gen2 jap specs.
My fuelpressure is now unter boost 3.5 bar Cool whit the stock pump!!
up till te rev lim.

also have my sparkplugs ngk BCPR6EP-N-8

cost: 55 euro Sad

Do you have the fuel regulator's part number?

Why does the pressure goes up with this one??

I have an aftermarket Malpassi FPR, but not using it right now...
