My 86 GTS won't stay on.
I bought a 86 corolla the other day and the car didn't start but it was cuz the fuel pump didn't get power so I put a toggle switch on it to give direct power now it works an turns on sounds great the motor is running strong but when I let it idle it dies slowly, sometimes it stays on but most of the time it dies. I can't figure out what the problem.

My 86 GTS won't stay on.
Check the circuit open relay & efi main relay. Efi relay in the engine bay, & as far as I remember the circuit open relay is in the passenger compartment either next to the fuses or near the ecu...

Check the ecu for error codes.
