I saw the video on FB already! The engine is finally running!

BTW: I also got contacted by a friend of yours on FB. He runs a AW11 he restored and he proposed to meet with the three of us as well, once I have the registration. (fingers crossed)

Yeah the engine always running ok, but after changing few things we can hear it more smooth than before love 4age

You mean Nandus I guess? He is always a AE86 fan haha... he is on here too

Yes indeed Nandus contacted me. He said he didn't log in here for a while.
And speaking about the Huizen/Hilversum clan: after returning from the RDW I drove the AE86 to the garage. Since they were doing roadworks one of the streets has been blocked off, so I had to take a small detour through Jack's street. While passing I spotted him sitting in the window and noticing the AE86, so I stopped by to show him the car. I guess he was lucky to be home at that very moment.

Yes hello I'm here! The AW11 is not quite there yet as we have some tiny engine issue's and still need to paint a few parts but it's getting close to a fully reliable car.

How is it progressing with your AE86 Oldskull? Did you replace the headgasket? When will you schedule your MOT?

The progress going quite good on hachiroku. We did things that important for MOT. Headgasket will be replace if needed. We did check a bit and we think headgasket not need to be replace yet. I am waiting for right rear caliper and handbrake cables, it should be here today and if everything install I hope this week and I will call the garage for the MOT.

After a bit hard work....my car is yesterday passed the MOT!!! 2 years legally on road yeahhhhh!!

Replaced my drive belt... And it still making some noise like before it replaced. Any idea guys?
