You need to get them apart anyway to do a rebuild, so get those brakepistons out of the calipers first and have a look if they are worth the effort of rebuilding. Any nasty holes eaten out of the cilinder wall or any scratches in the piston and you're better of buying new calipers. A set of professionally reconditioned set of calipers is not very expensive.
