Ahh...thanx, is the turbo located differently in the second picture of the engine? Too high and you heat up the brakemaster too much, too low and the starter gets too hot, Seems like the position is about okay in the second picture. What kind of turbo are you running.

Ahh..so you replaced the timing belt covers with the standard items..that explains my confusion. I'm thinking of mildly turbocharging an ordinary bluetop after I have it rebuilt. Maybe fit some wiseco low comp pistons since the old pistons are destroyed anyways. Did you have help setting up the megasquirt management and tuning it or did you do it yourself? I like the megasquirt (though I prefer to wait for ultramegasquirt with integrated ignition control) but am a bit worried about tuning the engine with it, you can easily destroy a turbo engine if the management is not configured correctly.

i have a friend thats drives with megasquirt too and there is integrated ignition control in those two we have in your cars.. My friend is helping me tuning and i setup the megasquirt management myselv.
