Aloha!

My name is Gerald, and I have been lurking around here for a couple of months... even posted a bit here and there.

Today, I finally went to pick up this car:



Directly from my own webserver, so it isn't really that fast (simple cable with slowpoke upstream )

Currently it sits in a warehouse now, waiting for me to fix insurance and a date with the RDW to get some plates and into the dutch databases.

Apparently it is originally a german car, brought to Belgium by the chaps of Auto21, and the german papers tell me that I'm the second real owner of the car

long hard search on autoscout24 and lots of missed other opportunities

there's not too much rust in there.

One "problem" though: the car suffers from decal overkill (new toyota badges on the hood and the bootlid >_< and t3h ugly gt twincam / corolla stickers/paintjob)

the upload doesn't like png's ;D took me awhile to figure that one out.

upped the image in the dutch ae86 thread.

@mux: yeah, just went for it. I'm still a bit in a dreamlike state about the car and having the keys in my hand now.

It's not that it doesn't like png: it doesn't like the size...
Maximum size is 1MB and your picture is 2,5MB in size.. I resized it and it does like the png now:


But jpg are normally much smaller than png, so I guess that's the reason why the other one did come through.
