rice question - rear spoiler options for the 2 door
This is a silly question, but i have holes drilled into the lid of my boot, which used to hold a spoiler (taken from some other car - very ugly). Now id like to plug those holws with a spoiler and im wondering what the options are?
i've seen two kinds of coupe spoilers, but they dont reach over the rear of the trunk. The trd rear wing is waaay to big for my taste. so i was wondering would the 3door wing fit? Or is there any other option that would be like trd, just alot smaller and more "stock" looking? |

not sure where your holes are... but the OEM coupe spoiler is nice, and very tasteful......

well depends where the holes are... the stock hatchback wing isn't really wide... do you have a pic with removed wing?

The holes for the rubber one are at about 1 cm inside right and left side of the trunk.

no no, the holes dont matter (though there are 3 -left,right and center cca 3 cms inside..). im willing to drill new ones for the spoiler. i just need something to cover them and make the rear end of the car a bit more agressive (in the OEM spirit..). So either a 2 door or a 3door rear wing will do. Still waiting for a pic of a coupe with a oem 3door rear wing, if that exists and the (re)manufacturing it includes.. i think the most important thing for it to fit would be the correct curvature of boot lid.

The stock 3dr wing is uglier than the late model plastic coupe spoiler.
It's smaller too, I say your best and easiest option would be to get the coupe spoiler. FABRICA MI DIEM, PVNC! |

aaah my dear friend but the beuty is in the eye of the beer-holder. I think the coupe needs abit of bootlid extension to finish the line nicely. And since the coupe oem wings only go up and not back i thought about the hachback version which also goes back over the end of the bootlid (overhangs a bit).. but again not as much as the trd unit.
