Air Intake.
Well I just got my ae86 and ive been searching around seeing what peoples intakes look like. And I havent really found anything. I would like to replace the rubber pipe with a metal unit along with and a MAS adapter and open filter. Could you guys so me your set ups and such. Thanks

Air Intake.
Only do that if you are interested in less power and more noise (actually not that bad a trade off imho). Otherwise stick a bigger snorkel into the oem filterbox with a oem paper filter and you're golden.

I presume you re running an airflow meter so an ARC filter box probably isn't available I'd say.
I agree, you are better off staying with the standard unit assuming you have it all. Open pod filters are a con. |
