short steering hub

Hi,

I'm just about 175cm tall, and have a problem sourcing a short steering hub for my Works Bell quick release & Nardi Deep dish combo.

Can anyone give me an adivce or a hint who makes the shortest steering hub to fit my quick release.

Edit: We had a look at the Works Bell 521S hub, but it doesn't exist!
