Hey guys
Iam having touble where when u let of the throttle the car should idle but the revs drops and stalls could it be the ignition timing ? thx |

Not likely to be ignition timing, it's more likely to have starting problems in that case (at least if it has too much advance).
I once had this problem on an engine that had broken pistonrings on 2 cilinders, not saying that's your problem in this case though. You can rule this out by pulling the crankcase ventilation tube off the valve cover, and give it some throttle. If it blows smoke out with some force, then your in trouble. FABRICA MI DIEM, PVNC! |

have you also checked your water level in your radiator?

kk well first im gonna change the timng back to stock (waiting for the timing light to arrive ) and see as i may have moved the distributor when i was fiddling around when the car didnt start. yeah the water level is fine

well sort of done it. its better but still the revs drop below 500 rpm and then pumps back up
