hi
i done the whole headswap and all everthing is 100% but now i repaceing my thermostat but wheni i install it ,it doesnt work and my fan does go on and the car overheats its as if the thermo is not opening can any help |

test the thermostat outside inside a tin of water and progressively heat it.
see if the thermostat opens/closes. It could also be a wiring problem... Keeping the AE86 alive! |

i dropped it in warm boiling water but nothing happens i then decided to run boiling water over it but still nothing is it the thermostat then
i just bought i t |

ok i just double checked it now again when tunning boiling over it does open and when running cooling it down it closes...so where can i look for this prob
could it by wiring as my fan don go on but when i unplug the fan plug/swith it goes ... |
