topless 4a-ge project!
jep, if it's a real GT or GTS it has a 4A-GE Big Grin

And a solid rear axle with an 7,5" diff with LSD (altough i'm not really sure about this being correct, will tell tomorrow, when D.wars and me have picked it up Big Grin).

Brakes on these cars are great too.
The Celica wheigs about 300kg more, so the brakes are a fair lot bigger.
It doesn't fit direct, but it's worth the effort i think Smile

I hope you didn't buy this with the intention of it being a girls magnet just because it's a convertible ;-)

OMG! Big Grin Big Grin
I always loved the Celica xA6x series, however I don't like the one you bought D. Wars. Huh
What are going to do with it? Swap parts with the RA and sell off this one off? Or are you going to put in a rollcage and use it for drifting? >Smile Big Grin

I like the RA a lot better to be honest, and I wouldnt feel safe drifting a cabriolet even if it had a cage.. Bushes and little posts beside the road still poke through them when things take a turn for the worse.
So yeah, swap those engines and sell the ca-brick-o-let with the truck engine.
