windschield wipers

I wanted to replace my windschieldwipers but the wiper itself doesn't come loose. So basically you can't put universal wipers on.

Do you have to order them at toyota ?

Are you referring to the ones with the single or the double control arms?

The driver side wiper is pretty expensive new.. you can also buy new rubber strips from toyota and replace only those.

I searched thru my pile of spare parts and found better ones . I'm going to use those for a while . Still strange toyota chose that kind of construction to fit wipers .
