Hey Dorito,
That doesn't look to bad, looks kinda like what was wrong with my car when I bought it only with mine the car had scraped something. I know my panel beating mate would have that rear end fixed in no time, the door looks a bit more difficult so getting another door is a wise choice. Big problem there is shipping, I know some guys that would have a door for you but I fear shippingcosts would kill... But there must be someone in Greece, maybe a wreckers, who has a door for you.. You need to make friends with someone in the car repair business. It really takes em an hour or two to get a dent like that out, my mate did it for free for me Greetz, Bastiaan "mux213" Olij Moved down under, no more hachi |

@alimonos: Crome is not neede I think. A good polish will do. As for the positive thinking, I'm alerady looking for a new door, so there you have it
@Euripides: VERY sideways indeed. Good point! And to think that the guy could have just hit the gas and we would both be OK now.... @mux: I've asked and a "new" door will cost me about 100 euros. As for the friends in the car repair business...I've tried man, but they keep looking at me as if I were a euro. |

Dorito,
yeah some of them are money hungry wolves! Sucks really because I've seen Martijn work, with his skills this really is childsplay. Its just that it is manual labour and that usually is expensive.. Greetz, Bastiaan "mux213" Olij Moved down under, no more hachi |

@dorito: i know you are a bit kserokefalos but let me show the pics to my collegue whos fathers is a mastoras. I'll call you when i have the price. Also about insurance: A friend of mine with a 125cc bicycle used to pay 150 euro every 6months. Gave her the phone of my insurance agent (its a very pretty girl, indeed) and know pays 105 euros. Big difference i think... danielvanderwoude Wrote:looks like the nmwisima joke saved you in the endhttp://www.jdmbits.com |

OK. It's a set with 2 round brushes and 2 sticks of "soap". The first brush is made of hard fabric. You apply to the lips of the brush the 1st soap, and you start polishing. The 2nd brush is made of soft cotton fabrics sewed together, and you use the 2nd soap to polish. After that, aluminium looks like nikel!!!
First you have to remove any paint or laque from the metal with paint-remover. I'll find the set (it's somewhere in the basement...) and I'll post pics asap. http://www.ae86.gr |
