Hi,
well I'm about to get my first car... cousin was going to work on restoring a 87 SR5, but he said he didn't have the time... and I think he didn't really know about the potential the car had, and he's going to hand it over to me for free. Despite all that, I was wondering what I should specifically inspect. I'm not completely foreign to cars, at least I like to think so... I'm just foreign to such an old model, let alone to the concept of semi-restoring it... and possibly modding it. He said that the headers need replacing + the seat belts are broken. Though I'm not sure if that's all to it. I'll get pics hopefully tomorrow. But yeah... I was wondering if a forum full of "Hachi-Rokyu" fanatics could aid me? I'll be needing quite a lot of help in the foreseeable future with this project
