Today I made a first effort for the coolant guide on the back of the head, as part of the waterline kit I'm going to make.

The part that goes here:

Anyway, this is what I came up with:










Maybe there wil be a hole made for a sensor of some kind, but I need to find how many and which sensors I need to use.

Anybody knows this??

Also, I chose to make a outside pass because I don't want to take the head off the block, so grinding is not an option.

I will use an o-ring as a gasket, this gives me more freedom in choosing the shape I want.

Ok, thoughts anyone?

i got something like that when i bought my 20v as it came with the engine, it has two sensors in it, dont think i have a picture of it.. ill have a look for it.

still havent figured that out.
I already asked Jasper to give me a hand on that, he did it before so i dont have to reinvent the wheel again

But my car and engine are tucked away in the garage since i keep on buying new cars...

but ill see if i can find the block off plate and post you a picture of it.

I would use that part on your engine if you still have it though.
You are running a AE86 setup right?

Got the parts back from the electroplater, first parts that are finished on the project, always a milestone!!

I have the KE70, a honda civic, a datsun laurel, my starlet and twe honda n600's.

I will use the part on my engine. most of the parts i have is ae86 yes.
