To answer a few of your previous questions,
don´t go to crazy about your intake system!!! Silicon reducer, hardpipe, headshield, airfilter. Job done, I run a hose from behind the bumper to behind the headlight to draw in some fresh air. I do belive carpets are the same on 2dr´s and 3dr´s (exept for the boot carpet) no matter if its SR5 or AE86, the gearstick hole is differnt on automatics. I run NGK iridium spark plugs, they´re a little more expensive than OEM, but well worth it, much nicer spark. Watch for the right heat grade, tho! About the fan conversion, I don´t really like the viscous fan, they get old, have poor efficiency and will steal a little power from your engine (rotating mass). A proper electric, even better termostatic, setup will be better. It also leaves you with more space in front of your engine, very handy if you work on alternator/cambelt etc. 1979 Toyota Corolla KE35 1983 Toyota Corolla AE86 1985 Toyota Corolla AE86 |

Thanks for the answers
That would be great, planning on using the carpet for the back for inspection and normal driving. If i check this guide For NA cars usually use a grade 6 for most road applications, a grade 7 can be used in hi compression race type cars, grade 8 in extreme rev/compression cars. grade 6 looks like the right choice then? |

I can't see any starting rust this way and it weights probably alot I will also remove the tar from inside and then repaint it |
