Update.

I was at a breaker,this weekend,to find some 4pots from a volvo.

But all the 4pots was looking really crap,so i desided on some from a Volvo 850 turbo 96´,They are like new and have been on the shell since 97´.
They have done only 1000km.

They are only 1pot ,but it´s a much bigger piston,and i think it will work fine(if they can slowdaown a big volvo with 210hp) i must work on the 86´

The disc that will be used are now from a Mercedes W210 part number :210 421 24 12.
They measure : 288mmx25mm and the offset is 47mm

Now i just need to make some brackets and finout if the brakehose from the Toyota can fit in the Volvo ATE caliper

If the volume displacement of the piston is bigger, then you might get some problems with the size of your master cilinder.

Yes i know,but have any of you that changes the caliper changed the mastercylinder?

I'm running complete front brakes and strut housings from a mk2 supra, the same one that the popular "supra mags" are from. The benefits? Well, think about it, my car is 3-400kg lighter than a supra. The down side? Only 14" or bigger wheels will fit.

You need to have a custom NC-RCA made up to adapt the strut to the ae86 steering knuckles, because the bolt-spacing is different. Pretty simple to have done.

My strut housings received the standard short-stroke + coilover conversion. The housings actually take the same size inserts as the ae86, so you could also run the housings without modifying them. Just put the ae86 springs in, along with the ae86 strut mounts, etc.

The brake proportioning issues are up to you. Also, because the front calipers are bigger, you may wish to find a larger m/c to run the brakes. But I'm currently running the stock ae86 m/c and stock ae86 proportioning valve.

If you have access to a number of cars in your local wrecking yards, you can actually take the complete front brakes, strut housings and steering knuckles from a RA6x celica (RWD, 22r engine) and bolt them right up to the ae86. The balljoint size and steering arm dimensions are the same on the RA6x and ae86. Dunno if the ackerman angles are affected, but it's pretty much a bolt-in affair.

I've seen some FC caliper kits, and IMO they're not as good a value as bolting up Supra brakes.

I had the car out on a few track days, and the short-tracks that are hard on brakes, I had no issues with my car, even though I'm running street pads. OE pads from Toyota actually

Slightly softer pedal feel with my supra calipers...

If you want to know which m/c will fit, bring a spare brake booster to your local parts stores, and test-fit a bunch. S13 m/c is supposed to fit.
