my tureno(trueno) project...part 2(MORE PICS)
im just back from a business trip to china, the guys doing the bodywork took alot of pics of the progress while i was away..
they have done a fantastic job.as you can see they are very proud of teir work, and although they are expensive, you can see why. the car was sitting on axle stands with bumpers and wheels of for my inspection today.the only way i can describe it is,brand new. it really looks like it rolled of the production line. i was intending to put bigger archs and bigger wheels, but decided its a shame to corrupt the cars natural looks. so,next step will be the engine.havent decided exactly what to do with the engine, sensible choice whould be transplant a 20v,but its a shame to dump this engine with only 44 thou km's on it. i also got a rollcage and carbon bonnet coming for the car, will keep ya all posted on my final choices!!! for those who dont know, the black sticky stuff,is rustproofing. full album at http://s5.photobucket.com/albums/y196/garybrennan1977/ finally fitted the rollcage, and carbon bonnet, want more horse power!!!thinking of a beams or 20v.will keep you posted! |

I just don't like the sticky rustproof, if you have to work under your car next time it wouldn't be that pleasant  hope I can get my car as clean as yours |

Onyx Wrote:This is just beautiful. I hope my guys will fix mine just this way. Or at least very very close to it.Those starlets are ubiqious here in Holland, so finding them here isn't a problem, but I can imagine they were not sold in many numbers in Czech.
