it doesn't look that hard to build if you got the right tools.
gonna look how much it's gonna cost me to build this, only problem is that I don't have a welding machine Sad

Today I got a new crosspins, still waiting new plates...

Tomorrow I will get (hopefully) fiberglass hood and front fenders...

I got the plates friday, but I don't got the fiberglass parts yet.
LSD is waiting mounting

and I have drill new holes to axle, so I can use same wheel in every corner

yesterday I washed and primered rear axle, but I have to find springplates somewhere and weld them to the axle

and I also bought new front springs, rear springs I bought earlier.

Yesterday I brushed primer to all weldingseam and today my father painted bottom and enginebay again with paintpistol.

Monday I painted some parts and found new arms

yesterday I sealed all weldings with KENT`s QUICK SEAL

and today my father painted enginebay and bottom
with RAL 9010

front brakedisk´s and hub´s with longer bolts

There is a quick steering rack with new inner and outer tie rods, new arms, Bilstein´s dampers, 200LBS springs.

At first I will use a original brakes on front and Volvo brakes on rear, let´s see how it goes

Those 240 brakes are the 2-pot girlings right? How heavy are they, I can get those pretty cheap over here so I'm interested in their performance etc.
