(D2?) Quick Release hub?
Hey boys,
To start with, my friends beautiful USDM S12 was stolen This thing motivated me even more to getting a quick release hub, because its the best way how to prevent loosing your car. I can get a D2 quick release hub for a very very very low price, but I dont think it will fit :/ What do I have to do to make it fit? Is it even possible to make it fit somehow? If not, what hub will do fit? and yes, I know I need a different steering wheel to thanks a lot for your help!! 86ers.org AE86 x GXE10 |

Most quick release hubs bolt to a std momo-style hub. So you buy a steering wheel that has a momo-style 6-bolt pattern and the hub you need to bolt it into a corolla. Then the quick release just bolts in between the steeringwheel and hub.
Hope you understand this, A wheel to steer the front of the car A pedal to steer the rear |

Thanks I thought that all you need is the quick rel. hub, now everything makes perfect sense As Sekiguchi said, I should really start using my brain sometimes 86ers.org AE86 x GXE10 |

Also remember that most "cheap" snap-off hubs are about 7cm thick. That means the wheel will come 7 cm's closer towards you. Not a problem in my case (more of an advantage), but it might be a problem for shorter people that already sit close to the steeringwheel.
