Sure if you want some advice on how to put them on just let me know Thumbs up!
But one thing is, you need front wheels with an offset of atleast -5 or lower or it will hit on lock. I have -12 on front and it has about 1cm clearance.

Yesterday went great, apart from a little moment right before lunch break (I spun and the engine had no fuel for a second or so) it was flawless.

The instructors were impressed and I now have my clubman drift license Hurray!

I used the same set of wheels as i did the last time and even now they have some thread left on them Huh

I hope i can make it to the next kamikaze cup so i can get some battle experience Wave

I'll get some pics on later

After the driftday i noticed my front wheels had been rubbing on the inside of the arch due to the extra lock. So i fitted spacers on the front (for now) but then the arches rubbed on the wheels, so i did some bashing and pullingEvil

I know it ain't pretty, but it'll do for now.

I also fitted some lightweight wheelnuts. 4 of them weigh as much as 1 standard one Huh

Then did some little alterations to the handbrake grip and interior.

Hopefully 8 may will be my first drift competition with my corolla.

Went to the technical check here in Belgium today. All went well seeing as it has no interior, stiffer than stiff konis, bucket seat and what not. I come to the last stop and what do they fail me on??? On the lowering springs Angry . There where no papers with them because they where on the car when i bought it, so it's not legal. I saw on the last guys look, that he wasn't gonna pass the car. He failed it on the springs, I went to talk to the chef because there are no legal springs for my corolla. When i came out i saw the guy sitting in his seat laughing at me, making fun of me. My dad had to hold me back so i wouldn't have kicked his ass.

Luckily i have the standard springs, the last owner gave them with the car, if i hadn't i would have been in a lot of trouble.

I had to pay 50 euros today, and when i i go back in 3 months i'll again have to pay 50 euros. Here they just search for minor things to fail you so you have to come back and pay again.

Also I got a warning because i can take out the keys off the car after its started. They told me the thing was broken, but i thought it was standard like this. Can you guys take out your keys after its started?

Well the only good thing about this is when i've put on the stock springs and get back from the 2nd check, i'l just put on the lowering springs and i can put on the camberplates I still had lying around here.
Thanks again to jamiemirror for making me nuts that fit Respect!

Also they made a notice because i had no more rear seat or seatbelts, so now i own the world only official 2 seater ae86 Tongue

Tomorrow i'll get the car ready for next thursdays driftday Wave

I hate it when people start bitching about the small things.

Good luck on the second check!

What drift day are you going to? Zolder?
