K to put em up for you.

Get the itb's and an adapter plate.

Get an programmable ECU.

- omex
- megasquirt
- Motec (very good but really expensive model 4 is about 3k)
- etc

Get all the needed parts. Think about all ways to measure and calculate the amount of air with fuel is needed for the best mixture.

so:

- Wide band O2 sensor
- crank sensor (or original one)
- Map sensor
- TPS (you can use original 20v one)

With these componements you can measure all needed info on the engine for the best tuning. Using a wideband o2 sensor makes it possible to tune it on the street.

"86 AE86 Kouki Panda Levin GT-Apex (restore project)
"84 AE86 Zenki Blue Levin (project racer)
Motorcycles:
"02 Yamaha R1
"02 Honda Hornet S
"08 BMW R1200GS
