Nopes, they will not fit sadly. You have to find an A series bellhousing.
Then you have problem no.2. Bellhousing mount on the tranny side is different between T and A series T50s, so the output bearings will not fit. Have to machine a spacer to mount it and mix and match some parts. Also, the extension housing (with the shifter) is in a different location between AE86 and TA22/TE27. So you will need one if mounting in an AE86. Finally the output axle has a different number of splines. So you will need to have a driveshaft made if used in a AE86. Ideally: just use a 4AGE t50 if you are using a AE86/TE7X series chassis. If not, then I can probably find some more detailed links for you.
