Not much use making pics. You will need to have it aligned. Go to a shop that does racing alignments and tell them about your problem. They can check whats happening while your car is on the turningplates.

My guess is that its a simple, but serious, alignment problem. Assuming that the original AE86 suspension is still in one piece and has not been hacked etc.

Other options, loose steering rack, jammed steering rack (should feel extra drag).

A wheel to steer the front of the car
A pedal to steer the rear
