Spring Rates (and yes I have used the search function)
OK, so have used the search function and done a bit of reading and would be interested in some opinions for my particular setup (or setup to be).
*Trueno Hatch (if it makes a difference) *Caged, through to front strut towers *Very light - all sound deadening (inc. underneath) and excess brackets, seats carpet trim etc removed *To be used for some road (in the weekends), with some hillclimb, track day etc. The rates I was looking at are as follows: BC Suspension http://forums.club4ag.com/zerothread?id=65063 Front: 6kg Rear: 4.5kg I am interested in knowing what your thoughts are in relation to my use and setup vs the spring rates listed.
