Spring rates seem ok for your use. Might need some finetuning, so maybe invest in a beefy front arb too. All depends on the weight distribution after gutting the car. lots of weight comes out of the rear, but usually the front is more difficult to lighten a lot.

A wheel to steer the front of the car
A pedal to steer the rear
