Above 170hp, the stock intakes are restrictions so you can win more. Under 170hp? Ehm..not much.
From what I've noticed, the best you can hope for is around 10% benefit from intake and exhaust tuning combined. So worst combo will give 170hp, best combo 187. Realistic estimate is around 6% with a wider torque curve (more hp over the entire curve). Real power comes from from the cams mostly . From what I've seen, FCRs are expensive relative to IRTBs for the 86..and fuelling will be better with EFI. So other then the coolness factor, you will not gain much.
