Go to the main page of aeu86.org
http://www.aeu86.org/ On your left hand you will find a column. On the column you can find the technical section and there the AE86 manuals. Download them and you will find the mesurments and dimensions you want for the chassis and suspension. If your car had an accident and it is bent as you mentioned, probably the hole suspension geometry has changed, so that's why you vr got some problems on steering.
