Though I'm sure that there are sources where you could get them more cheaply, which makes them a lot more reasonable. For 1100 I think you could make your own coilovers with fresh HTS's and springs of your choice. Count on around 600 for the HTS and another 250 for the rear spring setup and around 200 for the fronts. You'd still have 50$ left to have someone shorten the strut for you.
