On this picture is my spare aav, so I opened it just to see what is inside and to take a few pictures for you guys. Smile

Actually it was very easy. First I removed silicon and just drilled a small hole in the middle of the plate, put the screw in and pull it out.
I think this could be done with some kind of vacuum puller as well, to avoid drilling :wink: It goes out preaty easy.

NOTE: For cleaning aav it is not necessary to remove this outer plate. But if you want to try to make adjustment of inner plate (with bypass hole) then you must opened it. I personaly didn't manage to move inner plate, I do not have such tool.

Fun is not the straight line!
