200 kph must be near the limiter. You need lower velocity airflow in
the hose to the catch can. You could try using two vented cam covers.
Some jap race cars use vents that rise vertically out of the cam covers
for 15 cm, and then make a 90 deg bend to head for the catch can.

The larger diameter vertical tube reduces air velocity and entrains less
oil than the standard cam vent.
