Where to get inserts for coilovers?

Springs depend on the size of coilover you're using.
Rally design has some pretty cheap springs, but the sizing is all for metric coilovers. Dunno if the 60mm ones will fit the 2.5 inch coilover most people seem to use (ground control).
Otherwise you can get inch sized springs for a bit more money at merlin motorsport:

As far as shocks are concerned: ae92 is pretty short, but will fit (if you go shortstroke!). You can have a look around ebay.de to see if you can find any bargains (doesnt happen often though). Since you need to ask I'm guessing you're probably not really a german Tongue , but ebay.de is your friend for automotive parts in these parts.

If you need to choose, skimp on the springs and buy the best shocks you can find. I like Bilstein myself, but Koni is easier to find.
