So anyway gearbox in final position, these bushings would be changed to poly bushings for motor and box. More cutting for exhaust and the loaner seat in general location (alot of this build was based on borrowing in early stages while i orderd/waited for parts :o )







Onto the rear end

We are using a 6link rear end design. So 4 equal length arms and a watts link. The diff is a nissan Vanette with a 4.8 here are first stages, also arms are chromolly





















We realized that rear was too high at this point so we said we would have to lower the shock position on rear diff later, that will come down the road.

Another 86 builder from a famous shop in St. George lent me some wheels with 3b rubber so I could see what stance and so was like

an idea of high rear this is with coilovers almost right down, this had to be rectified



a loaner spoiler from a honda lol


Parts started arriving and I got the front brakes minus hats,

Alcon monoblock calipers with some huge wilwood 2 piece rotors (11.75x1.25)




also some cusco bottom arms i acquired from japan completely replaces tension rod brackets with some nice pieces



was time to remove the old roof skin




new roof = lower CG
