Emissions test failed due to high CO2 levels in IDLE
Hi guys,

I just did my emissions test and it failed!! Sad

They said that the idle CO2 rates are above the limit.

I was told to clean/replace my air filter and also clean my injectors. Next time I was to run this test WITHOUT my air filter and see if that's the problem ..

But do you guys have any pointers? I did this test after I drove around 40km in the city and I was thrashing it a bit..

I noticed my idle was hovering around 1100rpms and I think thats high.. My car is a 4AGZE from an AW11.. I'm wondering whether I should check my MAF and see if there's any servicing needed there.

Also to reduce the idle RPM would the screw on the MAF module help?

Help? Sad

Thanks,
Heshan.

Cheated on my いたずらな女の子 and now I can't get enough of her..
