The ae86 is not homologated(?) in belgium for the historics
ae86 is DIV 4 non homologated just like the m3.
I know cause thats the division of my car Smile

Not sure for the modern cars.
I know someone who has all the homologation papers for modern rally
I asked before and i think he has the ones your searching for.
I will ask this afternoon unless the papers above are the ones you need
