I`m using a complete stand-alone harness from Tweak`d Performance which has no fusebox (Other than one 30A fuse @ thick gauge wire connected @ battery 12v+ Terminal)
Have tried using that guide for reference but most of it is irrelevant (Incl warning light) because my car has no OEM engine harness left. Thanks for heads-up in any case The ECU is stock. Ignition is stock (Distributor relocated, #SQ-Engineering) The wiring loom per instructions from Tweak`d, is connected to 12v terminal in engine room and Earthed @ back of engine head and 12v switch @ Ignition Switch (Black-Yellow wire) and Tacho, Oil Pressure, Water Temperature (Loom>Gauge) is connected. Using KE35 fuel tank in luggage compartment (So Fuel sender is not compatible with AE86 fuel gauge hence it`s not connected) ECU is getting power, Fuel Pump relay clicks per revolution on crank, so crank angle sensor is also powered and sends feedback to ECU! Knock sensor is connected EVAP is not connected (Not needed) Oxygen Sensor is not connected (Have Uni-sensor installed @ exhaust but cannot find what OEM wires are and what they do compared to Uni-sensor which has two white wires for heat and black for signal and grey for ground) ISCV is connected IAT is connected Ignitor is connected Coil is connected ECU Noise Filter (At Coil bracket) is connected TPS is connected VVT Solenoid is connected Oil pressure sensor is connected. Water sensor (For ECU) is connected Speed Sensor is connected (@ blue-white on gauge cluster) Injectors are connected Checking all wiring (As suggested) means I have to cut up ALL of the wiring-loom tuck on my wiring loom.. But I can tell you that @ every nook and cranny where wires are actually visible, they are not torn up, and the tuck provides some proper armor for the wires Edit: Connected wire on warning @ ECU and tried connecting it to Red Blue, Red Black, Red Green and Green Yellow @ gauge cluster, no check light yet when turning the ignition. I`m pretty sure all bare-essentials are connected though and engine should at least have fuel and spark? Thanks a lot for chiming in people, I appreciate the input 1x AE86 84` Zenki Coupè Levin 4A-GE 20v 1x AE86 83' Zenki Coupe Levin 4A-GE 16v 1x TA60 82' Sedan 2T 8V 1x TA40 78` MK1 Zenk/Pre-Facelift Wagon 4A-GE 16v |
