As far as I know it's not a problem as long as you dont mind shipping them from far.
Amayama can supply OEM pistons no problem (i ordered new 1:10.1 pistons there), it's just the import duties that are killing. Toyota dealerships in the netherlands all get their parts from Toyota's central depot in Belgium, cant imagine them not having some stock over there (they even had trueno bumpers in stock some years ago).
