 The 2-wire COP's are just small coils sitting on top of the plug. I think if you wire them in pairs as you originally suggested, they should work. If the GZE igniter can switch larger GZE coilpacks to ground, it should not have any trouble switching two COP's. The GZE igniter will supply the IGf signal for the ECU.
