SORTED!!!

Took the car for its MOT and got them to have a look at it. TPS was tripped and cleaned and throttle body was taken apart and rebuild. The smoke test that garage did found that there was an air leak from the TB spindle on the cable side hence the TB strip and rebuild. Put back together and it still hunted. All the water piping then got taken off. The offender was found to be a small bit of silicon stuck in the port at rear of engine where the 2 green/red plugs are.

My guess as to why would be that there was no gasket on the thermostat housing and when I removed the old thermostat there where small deposits of silicon on the rim.

Everything was put back together and TPS are set and she now runs with a full years ticket!
