This guy claims to have solved the issue by running one map sensor per runner and passing the lowest reading to the ECU. Quite a simple solution from an electronical standpoint, but a very pricy one if you look at the prices of MAP sensors. I built my own analogue of this using more affordable but equally capable MAP sensors but I still need to finish a workable prototype since the cheaper sensors need a 3D-printed 'manifold' as they do not have their own hose barbs.
